Video Framer — Support
Your video is vertical. The post wants a square. Most editors answer that by cropping — cutting part of your video off. Video Framer pads instead: the whole frame stays, and the space around it is filled in.
How to use
- Pick a video
- Choose a ratio — 1:1, 4:5, or 16:9
- Choose a border color (white or black) and adjust the margin
- Preview the padding, then export
FAQ
Will my video be cropped?
No. The entire original frame is kept; padding is added around it so nothing is ever cut off.
Can I change the border color and width?
Yes — white or black, with an adjustable margin, and you can see the result before exporting.
Does it keep the audio?
Yes, audio is preserved and stays in sync.
What’s free, and what requires the one-time purchase?
The free version lets you try padding a video. A single one-time purchase removes the watermark and unlocks full-resolution, batch export. There is no subscription.
Is an internet connection required?
No. Everything happens on-device. Nothing is uploaded, ever.
Do you collect any data about me or my videos?
No. Video Framer has no analytics SDK and no account system.
If something isn’t working
Export takes a while for long or high-resolution videos.
This is expected — padding and re-encoding a long or 4K clip takes real processing time.
The app won’t open, or it crashes immediately.
Force-quit and relaunch. If that doesn’t help, update iOS to the latest version, then contact us below.

Privacy
Video Framer does not collect any user data. All processing happens on-device; nothing is ever uploaded to a server. No account is required, and there are no ads or analytics SDKs.

Video Framer — サポート（日本語）
撮った動画は縦長。でも投稿先は正方形。ほかの編集アプリの答えは「トリミング」＝動画を切り落とすことです。Video Framer は切らずに余白で収めます。

よくある質問
動画が切り取られますか？
切り取られません。元のフレーム全体を保持し、その周りに余白を追加します。
余白の色や幅は変えられますか？
変えられます。白・黒から選べ、幅も調整可能で、書き出す前にプレビューできます。
音声はそのまま残りますか？
残ります。音声は保持され、映像とズレません。
無料でできること・買い切りが必要なことは？
無料版でお試しいただけます。買い切り1回で、透かしを外し、フル解像度・一括書き出しが使えるようになります。サブスクリプションではありません。
インターネット接続は必要ですか？
いいえ。すべて端末内で完結します。外部へのアップロードは一切ありません。
データは収集されますか？
されません。分析SDKもアカウント機能もありません。
うまく動かないときは
長い動画・高解像度の動画の書き出しに時間がかかる
長時間や4Kなどの動画は、余白の合成・再エンコードに相応の時間がかかります。想定内の動作です。
アプリが起動しない・すぐ落ちる
一度完全に終了し、再起動してください。改善しない場合はiOSを最新版に更新のうえ、下記までご連絡ください。
