FAQ
Does it keep the same playback speed as the original GIF?
Yes. Every frame’s timing is preserved exactly, even if different frames in the GIF display for different lengths — so the motion isn’t sped up or altered.
Is there a limit on how large or long a GIF can be?
Very long or extremely high-frame-count GIFs (over 600 frames) are trimmed to the first 600 frames to keep the app from running out of memory. The vast majority of real-world GIFs are well under this limit.
What file type does it produce?
A standard MP4 video, saved directly to your Photos library.
What does it cost?
GIF to MP4 is free, with no in-app purchases.
Is an internet connection required?
No. Conversion happens entirely on-device. Nothing is uploaded, ever.
Do you collect any data about me or my files?
No. GIF to MP4 has no analytics SDK and no account system.
If something isn’t working
The app rejects my file.
Only animated GIF files are supported — static images and other formats aren’t accepted.
A very large GIF only converts part of the animation.
See the 600-frame limit above — this is expected behavior for unusually large files, not a bug.
The app won’t open, or it crashes immediately.
Force-quit and relaunch. If that doesn’t help, update iOS to the latest version, then contact us below.

Privacy
GIF to MP4 does not collect any user data. All processing happens on-device; nothing is ever uploaded to a server. No account is required, and there are no ads or analytics SDKs.

よくある質問
元のGIFと同じ再生速度になりますか？
なります。フレームごとに表示時間が違うGIFでも、それぞれの時間をそのまま保持するため、早送りになったり動きが変わったりしません。
GIFの大きさ・長さに制限はありますか？
極端に長い、またはフレーム数の多いGIF（600フレーム超）は、メモリ不足を防ぐため先頭600フレームまでに制限されます。実際のGIFの大半はこの範囲に収まります。
どんなファイルとして出力されますか？
標準的なMP4動画として、写真アプリに直接保存されます。
料金はいくらですか？
無料です。アプリ内課金はありません。
インターネット接続は必要ですか？
いいえ。変換はすべて端末内で完結します。外部へのアップロードは一切ありません。
データは収集されますか？
されません。分析SDKもアカウント機能もありません。
うまく動かないときは
ファイルが受け付けられない
アニメーションGIF形式のみに対応しています。静止画やその他の形式は対応していません。
大きなGIFの一部しか変換されない
上記の600フレーム制限によるものです。特別に大きなファイルでの想定内の動作です。
アプリが起動しない・すぐ落ちる
一度完全に終了し、再起動してください。改善しない場合はiOSを最新版に更新のうえ、下記までご連絡ください。
