Most GIF makers bury you in frame rates, sizes, and a settings maze — then hand you a file the site you wanted to post it to won’t accept. GIFfit asks one thing: where is it going? Then it makes a GIF that fits.
How to use
- Pick a video
- Choose a destination — GIFfit shows you the estimated file size before you commit
- Export — if the result overshoots the target, GIFfit automatically rebuilds it smaller
FAQ
Is there a length limit on the source video?
Yes. GIFfit uses up to the first 15 seconds of your video. If your clip is longer, it converts the first 15 seconds and shows a note in the app before you export, so you always know. If you need a different part of the clip, trim it first in Photos or another editor.
How does the size estimate work?
You pick a destination instead of a frame rate, and GIFfit shows the expected file size up front. After export it measures the actual result and rebuilds it smaller automatically if it’s still too big.
Does the GIF loop?
Yes, always — the way a GIF should.
What’s free, and what requires the one-time purchase?
The free version makes GIFs at standard quality. A single one-time purchase unlocks the full/best quality output. There is no subscription.
Is an internet connection required?
No. Everything happens on-device. Nothing is uploaded, ever.
Do you collect any data about me or my videos?
No. GIFfit has no analytics SDK and no account system.
If something isn’t working
The GIF only shows the beginning of my video.
That’s the 15-second limit described above — trim your source video first if you need a later segment.
Export takes a while.
Long or high-resolution source videos take more time to sample and encode. This is expected.
The app won’t open, or it crashes immediately.
Force-quit and relaunch. If that doesn’t help, update iOS to the latest version, then contact us below.

Privacy
GIFfit does not collect any user data. All processing happens on-device; nothing is ever uploaded to a server. No account is required, and there are no ads or analytics SDKs.

たいていのGIF作成アプリは、fps・サイズ・設定の迷路に付き合わせた挙句、投稿先で弾かれるファイルを渡してきます。GIFfit が聞くのは1つだけ。「どこに送りますか？」そして、収まるGIFを作ります。
使い方
- 動画を選ぶ
- 送り先を選ぶ。書き出す前におおよそのファイルサイズが表示されます
- 書き出す。目標を超えていた場合は自動で小さく作り直します
よくある質問
元の動画に長さの制限はありますか？
あります。GIFfit は動画の先頭15秒までを使用します。動画がそれより長い場合、先頭15秒を使うことをアプリ内で明示したうえで変換します。別の部分を使いたい場合は、先に写真アプリなどでその部分をトリミングしてください。
サイズの見積もりはどう機能しますか？
fpsではなく送り先を選ぶと、書き出す前におおよそのサイズが表示されます。書き出し後は実際のサイズを測定し、まだ大きければ自動で小さく作り直します。
GIFはループしますか？
します。GIFらしく常に無限ループです。
無料でできること・買い切りが必要なことは？
無料版は標準画質でGIFを作成できます。買い切り1回で、最高画質での書き出しが使えるようになります。サブスクリプションではありません。
インターネット接続は必要ですか？
いいえ。すべて端末内で完結します。外部へのアップロードは一切ありません。
データは収集されますか？
されません。分析SDKもアカウント機能もありません。
うまく動かないときは
GIFが動画の最初の部分しか含まれない
上記の15秒の制限によるものです。別の部分を使いたい場合は、先に元の動画をトリミングしてください。
書き出しに時間がかかる
長い動画・高解像度の動画は、サンプリングとエンコードに時間がかかります。想定内の動作です。
アプリが起動しない・すぐ落ちる
一度完全に終了し、再起動してください。改善しない場合はiOSを最新版に更新のうえ、下記までご連絡ください。
