本利用規約は、MCPilot（以下「本アプリ」）の購入および使用に関する条件を定めるものです。購入または使用をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（利用者の定義）
本規約における「利用者」とは、本アプリを購入した個人または法人を指します。
第2条（利用について）
- 本アプリは macOS 上で動作するデスクトップアプリケーションです。
- 購入ライセンスは購入者本人の使用を対象とします。
- 業務・個人・商用目的を問わず、あらゆる用途でご利用いただけます。
第3条（権利の帰属）
本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、運営者に帰属します。本規約に定める範囲を超えた複製・転載・配布は禁止します。
第4条（禁止事項）
- 本アプリを第三者に販売・譲渡・再配布すること
- リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- 本アプリを利用した違法行為
- 運営者の許可なくアカウント情報を第三者に開示すること
第5条（キャンセル・返金）
本アプリはデジタルコンテンツの性質上、購入完了後のキャンセル・返品・返金はいかなる理由であってもお受けできません。購入前に動作環境（macOS 12以上）をご確認ください。
第6条（免責事項）
- 本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。特定目的への適合性・無欠陥性を保証しません。
- 本アプリの使用により生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
- 外部 MCP サーバーの動作・可用性については関知しません。
- macOS のバージョンアップや外部ツールの変更による動作不具合について保証しません。
第7条（サポート）
お問い合わせは info@comet-labo.com までご連絡ください。サポートは合理的な範囲で対応します。
第8条（領収書）
領収書は Stripe による自動発行メールをもって有効とします。
第9条（規約の変更）
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後も本アプリを使用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
第10条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、福岡地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of MCPilot (the “App”). By purchasing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
“User” means the individual or entity that has purchased the App.
2. License
- The App runs on macOS as a desktop application.
- The purchased license is for use by the purchaser only.
- The App may be used for any purpose — personal, commercial, or professional.
3. Intellectual Property
All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the App belong to the operator. Reproduction, redistribution, or sharing beyond the scope of these Terms is prohibited.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Selling, transferring, or redistributing the App to third parties
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Using the App for any illegal purpose
- Disclosing account information to third parties without authorization
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted for any reason after purchase. Please verify system requirements (macOS 12+) before purchasing.
6. Disclaimer
- The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
- The operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
- The operator is not responsible for the availability or behavior of external MCP servers.
- Compatibility issues caused by macOS updates or third-party tool changes are not guaranteed.
7. Support
For inquiries, contact info@comet-labo.com. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.
8. Receipts
Receipts are issued automatically by Stripe and sent to your purchase email address.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated without notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Fukuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
